Dan Morgan

President, founded MMA after serving as Finance Director for a successful Congressional campaign in Salt Lake City. In his 20-year political career, Morgan has worked on over 200 congressional, senatorial and statewide campaigns. He also served as the Finance Director for two presidential campaigns and currently serves on the Board of the National Association of Republican Campaign Professionals and traveled the country speaking to groups about fundraising. He has raised money for dozens of non-profits, corporations and associations.

A native of Sacramento, CA, he graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Political Science. He and his wife, Shelly, and their four children live in South Riding, VA.

Todd Meredith

Co-Owner, has been with the firm since 1991. With several years of Fortune 50 sales and marketing experience, Todd brought the skills necessary to grow a small business and compete in the D.C. political arena.

In 1995 Todd accepted the challenging opportunity to partner with Morgan, and now focuses his business skills on expanding MMA and the Direct Mail Marketing Group. He is a sought after speaker regarding fundraising and the successful packaging of an organization. He currently leads the charge with several political campaigns and associations in achieving their fundraising goals and holds the National record for raising the most PAC money for a single member of congress.

A native of Tennessee and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Todd studied Public Relations and Marketing. He and his wife, Suzan, and their daughters, Emily and Savannah, live in Ashburn, VA.

Cheryl Freauff

Senior Vice President of Political Operations, has been with the firm since 1994.

She has worked as Treasurer and Chief Finance Director for several political campaigns and PACs. Her experience on over 100 congressional campaigns, non-profits and associations have made her a highly regarded expert in areas of Finance strategies, PAC fundraising, Major donor work, direct mail copywriting, direct mail production and FEC compliance.
A native of Washington State, she attended Washington State University and Western Business College and studied Political Science, Business Administration and Accounting. She and her husband, Larry, live in Fairfax, VA and have two children, Brianna, who lives in Centreville, VA and Scott, who lives in Denver, CO.

Adele Pruss

Financial Officer, has been with the firm since 2003. In December 1998, Adele retired from the U.S. Government after a very successful 31 year career.

Most of her government career was served as a Finance Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency in the DC area and locations around the world. She joined the firm as the Federal Elections Commission reporting specialist in September 2003 and in April 2004 assumed the full duties of the firm’s financial officer.

Adele is a native of the Metropolitan Washington, DC area and attended Radford College in southwestern Virginia and Benjamin Franklin University in Washington, DC.

Steve Johnson

Steve has been working with Dan and Todd for 15 years, and brings a variety of experience to Morgan, Meredith.  His knowledge of Direct Mail and USPS regulations and standards, as well as contacts within the USPS help our clients fulfill their mail projects with ease.  Steve has also helped start up and run a successful restaurant, and has extensive management, sales and customer relations expertise. Steve and his wife Dionela live in Potomac Falls, Virginia.
